NFL: Philadelphia Eagles 27 Dallas Cowboys 38 recap and analysis

After their defense forced the Eagles 3 and out they went to Witten for the majority of the times alternated those passes to Murray runs and this produce a banced  88 yards drive ended with the receiving TD of Dez Bryant who beat CB Fletcher on a fade in the right corner of the endzone. Phila's inability to move the ball gave Dallas another very good firld position to start their drive and they capitalyzed completely the chance scoring another receiving TD with Bryant again on a fade route and again against CB Fletcher who needed morre help on top by a safety. The Eagles finally found their rhythm on offense and they have been good to alternate passes and runs especially draws, doing that they reached for the 1st time the endzone with a rushing TD by RB Polk  running straight in on a well execute read option fake. The Eagles made a back to back very good defensive drive to stop Romo & Co. this time has been LOLB Barwin who sacked romo near midfield, once they got the ball they marched down the field with their characterystic pace until the Cowboys defense reacted and limited them to a Parkey's FG. Dallas got the last chance of the 1st half but the lack of TO and the very good coverage by the Eaglessecondary made them fail.
The Cowboys continue to struggle offensive in the 2nd half and they on fire Eagles offense striked again on their 2nd half 1st possession with a huge reception for 73 yards by Maclin who take the ball right to the Dallas 1 yard after he beat a disappointing CB Brandon Carr who missed the coverage on the sideline and let him run wild, the Eagles score their 2nd TD again on the ground and again with Polk on an inside run following the LT Peters blocks. On the following drive Curry sacked Romo from behind who wasn't able to find anyone free down the field  due to the great coverage by the Eagles' secondary, Fletcher Cox recoverd it inside the Cowboys 15 yards and let his offense got their 1st lead of the game due to the rushing TD by Sproles on an outside run from the shotgun who saw McCoy block like a FB to let his teammate walk into the Dallas' endzone. After they blew a 21 points lead the Cowboys relied on Romo and Bryant to march down the field and to get 3rd conversions until they took their team inside Cowboys 5 where Murray scored another rushing TD on a dive. On the following drive the Cowboys have been goo to take away McCoy an they forced Sanchez to pass the ball in a obvious situation a he made his 1st mistake of the game missing TE Ertz that tried to catch the ball but he has just been able to deflect the ball in Wilcox hands who made the interception. Romo after a pair of plays for Murray passes the ball to Bryant who scored his 1st TD of the game on the same way he scored the 1st 2, great read by Romo who changed the play because he saw Bryant 1 on 1 vs Fletcher and the FS Jenkins in the middle of the field. Huff big gain due to a long run after a short reception who draws even a penalty on Dallas sideline who cost the other 15 yards put his team in FG range where Parkey kick a his 2nd of the night. Dallas got a 10 points lead with less then 5 minutes to play ue to a precise Bailey FG from 49 yards. Sanchez mistake to try to throw over LB Bruce Carter that resulted in a interception trying to find Maclin closed the game out and gave the Cowboys their 7th win on the road.
The Eagles finally understand that in big games they can't rely on Sanchez, witth him their offense is predictable and the variety of options that characteryzed them in the 1st part of the season under Foles disappeared with Sanchez and even McCoy and Sproles are not playin at their best because of that. On the defense the have been wrong to don't help Flecther 1 on 1 against Bryant, they done a good job against the run with their good front 7 lead by LOLB Barwing who is a ligitimate candidate for the defensive payer of the year.
The Cowboys stay undefeated on the road playing a very good game in Philly with the exception of the blackout that cost them 24 unaswered points, they show a very complete offense who has been the key
for their win, Romo has been accurate and Witten helped him providing reliable targets all game long. On defense they played a good game especially to put pressure on Sanchez and to take away Maclin from the game with the only exception made by the missed coverage of Carr who let Maclin run wild till their 1 yard line, even the defense against the runs and especially against the dangerous McCoy has been remarkable to complete an overall great performance doing everything that they need to win this tough game. My MVP trophy goes to Dez Bryant who scored 3 TD and has been the most important and reliable player for Dallas especially in key situations.
