NFL: Arizona Cardinals 6 Seattle Seahawks 36 recap and analysis

Seattle's first offensive drive Wilson perfect drive along with a great run by Michael on a spread formation gave the chance to Brown to walk into the end zone on a  yard TD run. Palmer tried immediately to tie the game but he missed badly and the pass ended in no men's land where it got picked close to midfield, on the following offensive drive Seattle hasn't been able to score another TD so they have been forced to call Haushka on the field to score 3. Cardinals' offense seemed to have finally found his rhythm, they moved the ball so well down field targeting multiple times John Brown and finally in the end zone the veteran Fitzgerald on a a PA post route for their first and last TD of the night, in fact since that moment has been a Seahawks domination and Wilson has been unstoppable on both passing and running game, FB Tukuafu has been the first beneficiary of it receiving a TD pass after a PA fake, a similar play happened on the very next drive when TE Kauffman received a TD from a  similar PA but this time coming across the field untouched right into the end zone, this play has been possible due to the first of many great punt return by Lockett, the second of them opened up the Kearse TD that essentially ended the game on a deep seem that caught unprepared the Cardinals secondary. At the beginning of the second half Seattle scored other 3 points and Arians benched an injured (apparently) Palmer even due to the large lead of Carolina against Tampa Bay.

The Seahawks bounced back from a bad loss at home playing very good offensive football especially on the air where they always struggle in recent seasons, the main reason of this success in this game has been the inability to put pressure on Wilson by the Cards' pass rushers especially Campbell and Okafor  and with all those blitzes they exposed so much their secondary without get any result and also on the ground they gave up 102 yards to Michael who beat them to easy outside the tackles, the special teams from Catanzaro to the gunner played to soft in my opinion not concentrated enough maybe due to the win against the Packers. The Seahawks defense has been very good against the run filling every holes in the line of scrimmage and against the passes the Legion of Boom covered well a difficult battery of WRs.

MVP: R. Wilson
