NFL Green Bay Packers 55 Chicago Bears 14 recap

My expectations for this game were higher than what i saw on the field by the Bears, of course the Packers played a great game, they really outplayes and outcoached the Bears in a most dominant way i have ever seen in this rivarly.
The Lambeau Field was full as always and they said thank you to the veterans in a beautiful way with a unbelievable coreography that included every sector of the stadium.
Coach McCarthy made some adjustment since the game played in week 4 at Soldier Field, he put Matthews at MLB position to stop the run of Forte who played great in the other game, then he played with a basic 2-4-5 nickle defense using the hybrid Micah Hyde like both CB and FS and he let Rodgers to call and modify the formations on the line of screemage with audible that had great results during the game.
GB started fast and marched straight on the field right on Chicago's goaline where they converted a 4th down with a play-action TD pass to TE Bostick. The next drive Cutler threw a pick 6 at their own 30 yard line, this painful mistake lead to another play-action TD this time to Andrew Quarless.
Matthews seemed completely at his best even in his new role stopping the run and find even the time to sack Cutler and made a 2 time pro bowler like Bushrod look so bad, that's why the GB defense seemed unbeatable. Following the great defensive effort Rodgers threw a 71 yards strike to Jordy Nelson on outside route called by Rodgers with an audible to the line of screemage due to a hole on Chicago's coverage, this TD broke the game in favour of the Packers. Chicago seemed completely lost on the field and Rodgers killer instinct has been fatal for Bears' defense when he threw a 40 yard TD pass on the run again to Nelson on a missed double coverage in a cover 2 scheme. Rodgers fury continue to afflict the Bears with a 40 yards screen pass TD for lacy and another beautiful throw for the 6th TD of the 1st half to Randall Cobb to tie LaMonica's all time record for TD passes in a 1st half. The 2nd half has been nothing more than garbage time with the Packers to let Flynn play to give Rodgers rest because of his armstring and Marshall TD has been just useful for fantasy stats.
It was a must win game for the Bears to keep playoffs hopes alive but the fail in an embarassing way and i think they are far away to be a playoffs team in lot of aspects, by the way the Packers looked great and got a convincing win and they are completely in the conversation to win the NFC.
