MLB: Stanton's deal and STL-ATL trade recap, rate and considerations

STANTON'S DEAL
The Marlins inked for 13 years the powerful RF Giancarlo Stanton who agreed on a 325M deal that resulted in the richest contract ever in all of sports. Now i'll analyze why the factors that bring the Marlins to pay so much and for so long time Stanton: the Marlins are a team who did well last year but they still a team on a re-building process and they believe so much on him and his possiblity for the future; his stats last year has been very good even counting he's just 25, he had .288 BA / 37 HR / 105 RBIs / 94 BB in 145 games. I think he's gonna be 1 of the most dominant players in the next decade in the MLB but i think Miami has been force to overpay Stanton, yes overpaid because i think he deserves like 18 to 20M at season and for 7 to 8 years but a weak market forced the Marlins to overpay and over-extend the contract to be sure that no-team would be able to match the offer. I give to this deal an A- rate.

CARDINALS-BRAVES TRADE
Cardinals and Braves surprise me for this trade but at the same time the didn't. After the tragedy who hit so hard the Cardinals who lost probably the best young prospect in the game they needed to improve on the RF position because last year with Graig, Grichuk and Taveras they had the 3rd worst production all season long by the RF spot. even if the market is "full" of good and great RFs the Cards politic to don't spend so much for just 1 player took them away from the opportunity to get players like Stanton and Cruz.
The Braves who are a team well known for great pitching by both starters and bullpen by the way last year they failed the playoffs because a lack of consistency in SP role thanks to their weakest pitching rotations in probably over 25 years.
So the Cards and the Braves agreed on a trade who sent: Shelby Miller (10-9 with an ERA of 3.74) and 2010 1st rounder prospect RHP Tyrell Jenkins (6-5 with an 3.28 ERA in Palm Beach) to Atlanta in exchange of: RF left handed hitter Jason Heyward (reigning gold glove in RF with a .271 BA 11 HRs and 58 RBIs) and Hard Throwing RHP Jordan Walden (2.88 ERA and a great K ratio in career).
I gave to this trade the nickname " Trade of  the oppositions" because the Cards have lot fo young pitchers but they struggles to get HRs (exeption made by the post season), exactly the opposite of the Braves. I gave 2 separated rate for this trade 1 for STL that is B+ because Miller potential should be something they'll regret in future and this trade should be the opposite of the Wainwright trade between those 2 team because there are lot of things in common  the biggest 1 is to exchange a RF to a great picthing prospect but only the time will answer to this doubt and also Heyward struggled with his power in last 2 seasons and the real question about him is...is he the 1 of the 2012 or the 1 of the last 2 seasons??? My rate to ATL is a full deserved A! They got what they needed and in a huge way!
