NFL: Miami Dolphins 14 NY Jets 27 recap and analysis #NFLInternationalseries

This has been the first of the 3 games series that will be played in London this year by the NFL, i had the great pleasure to attend at it and the first that come to say is i expected so much more by the Dolphins defense especially after the huge free agency that they had last year investing so much money especially on Suh who didn't shine thus far this season and so in this game against the Jets. NY's offense in the first half has been very effective playing an intelligent football using their best weapons and not trying to do to much, with "best weapons" i mean Brandon Marshall, a great offensive line lead by Nick Mangold and sometimes Erick Decker who is not convincing at 100% even due to not being targeted so many times, HB Chris Ivory had an important impact in he game too thanks to the great work of his o-line that won the scrimmage battle nearly in every play but he run hard and got a lot of yards after contact breaking so many tackles. Fitzpatrick resulted again the weak point in the entire Jets' team, again in this game he shown all his limits in long downs situations making bad passes and in my opinion missing many throwing decision especially under pressure but he fixed those situations with his legs being able to gain some first downs scrambling out of the pocket. Jets' defense played a remarkable game on both against runs where Wilkerson and Co. destroyed the Dolphins o-line and this didn't allow Miami to run the football for all game long and against the pass they have been able to make some sacks and put pressure Tannehill with blitzing with the front 7 and playing 1 on 1 outside being so comfortable in that situation thanks to Revis and Cromartie who had a great game shuting out Matthews and Stills.
Miami had a chance to comeback in the game in the second half due to some mistakes by Fitzpatrick but the Dolphins offense wasted great opportunities like the silly holding that nullified the Jordan Cameron's TD and other situations of bad play calling by their stuffs that monday let Philbin got fired in my opinion rightfully but it has not been just his fault because Tannehill played an awful game missing the most part of the targets and with Suh, Wake and Vernon unable to get pressure on the opponents QB even if he coached better i don t think they should win.

MVP: Brandon Marshall
