NLDS: Cardinals 3 Dodgers 1 F

Game 4

After 5 dominant inning Miller gave up 2 runs in the 6th with a non-perfect relief by maness who wasn'y able to get Uribe out, Kershaw also pitched an awesome 1st 6 inning out of 3 days rest but as it happened in game 1 the 7th inning started by holliday's single has been dramatic for him, this time has been a 3 run shot by Adams to throw out Kershaw from the game. A strong 8th inning by Neshek and the save by Rosenthal gave the Cards the 4th straight NLCS. 3-2 Cradinals the final score.

Individual performances

Dodgers bullpen: something awful for all 4 games with the exception of the closer Jansen and i think the bad performance by their bullpen affacted even starter performances making them throw more pitches.
Cardinals youngsters: played like true superstars, congrats to the cards' organization to draft them and develop them so well
AJ Ellis: finished th series over .500 and so good even behind the plate
Puig: i need to improve to be called a superstar, he striked out too much and he didn't play good at all.
Cardinals starters: with the exeption of Waino who has a cranky arm the other starters made and unbelievable job to control and sometimes dominate a very angerous lineup like the dodgers.
Mike Matheny out-manage Matthingly and gained the 3rd straight NLCS in his 1st 3 years as a manager.
