The first player to dunk has been Barton who went for a one between his legs similar to the Bryant's one in Cleveland on the 97 Dunk Contest that brought him a 44, Drummond was the next one who made a one handed 180 dunk that brought him a 36, Gordon the third dunker made a similar dunk between the legs to the Barton's one and he got 45 due to the cleaner style than the Nuggets player, the defending champion made an outstanding one handed dunk passing the ball behind the back after he threw the ball on the air. The lowest on the scoreboard Drummond started the second round with the help of Nash who put the ball in the air with a soccer trick to let the Pistons' Center dunk, the result has been a 39 in my opinion under appreciated the fantasy on it, Gordon missed his dunk and got a low 30, something that Gordon avoided jumping over the mascot of the Magic and dunking after passing the ball between his legs, Lavine answered his rival with one handed alley hoop from the charity line, both of them got a 49 due to a Shaq's joke.
The finalist were LaVine and Gordon, both started it with a 50, Gordon on a windmill with the help of the mascot who were keeping the ball on the air while turning around, LaVine answered back with windmill dunk from the free throw line. After two 50 each they continue to be tie after another round Gordon made a powerful up down dunk that resulted on a beatable 47, the defending champion won his second straight title with between the leg one handed dunk one stopover the charity line.
After some years with boring shows in this competition Gordon and Lavine made a very good one in matter of creativity and high jumps, i loved the use of the mascot by Gordon, he did something that has never done before and in this competition is pretty hard, on the other side LaVine impressed everyone with some dunk by the free throws line that shown all his physical skills.
