Keys of the LA Rams success evloution and success in 2017

The Rams' evolution this season is due to many factors: the first is certainly the maturing of young key players, the second is Sean McVay's head coach and his offensive system, while the third are excellent special teams which make very few mistakes in both phases.
Having an early quarterback-runningback is normal to have the losing seasons characterized by the classic mistakes of inexperience and that's what happened last season at Los Angeles Rams. The team was led by Jeff Fisher, a defensive master who unfortunately for him never managed to find an offensive coordinator able to spin the attack reason why he was released midway through the previous season. The team turned very well from the defensive point of view with its classic 4-3 base which almost always became a DIME where Mark Barron and nickleback acted as linebackers, the problem for the Rams was offensive balancing as Goff was well from the shotgun while Gurley from the I formation. The great merit of Sean McVay this season has been to blend these needs and "make it happy" both and the numbers speak clear, the Rams have the best attack on the league with regard to points scored, Gurley in my opinion is one of the favorites in racing at MVP and Goff is the best player of all this year. The front office did another great move by acquiring Sammy Watkins from the Bills, which together with the other repurchased Robert Woods and Cooper Kupp formed a good wide receiving group. Watkins, Austin and Woods are the so-called vertical threats while Kupp is the classic west coast offensive receiver that deals with short tracks, thus giving a deadly bidimensional lethal to this attack. The only change I have not convinced of is the one defensive by Wade Philips (excellent defensive coordinator) but in my opinion not in the right team since the basic 3-4 which is its trademark does not fit well to the players in the Los Angeles roster. With this change Robert Quinn has found himself playing right outside linebacker instead of right defensive end where, in my opinion, he was more of a role more congenial to his physical structure and Mark Barron Inside linebacker in a move to Bruce Arians playing Deone Bucannon in the same role while being a strong safety. Regarding the secondary jumble notes, Trumaine Johnson and LaMarcus Joyner are capable of playing cornerbacks and free security to give consistency with regard to recovered shells and balls. Special Teams are emerging as a returner both in punt and field goals Pharoh Cooper is a high speed rookie wide receiver capable of scoring a 103-yard touchdown on kickoff return. The question everyone is now is how far can these young Rams go? I feel I have been lucky enough to see them alive that the Superbowl is not a utopia, counting that Rodgers will be out for almost the entire season, Ryan and the Falcons are fine but not well, the Cowboys also have ACs. The Eagles remain with them with a quarterback in the second year they are doing a great season. It would be interesting to see a matchup between these two teams led by young quarterbacks in a possible championship game and certainly also a great hope for the future of the league.
