NFL 2017 TOP 5 Offensive players position by position

QB

1) Tom Brady: Although Brady has finished subtly the season is the best in yards launched and with 12 victories the Patriots are still confirmed at the top of the AFC giving the chance to the former Michigan to win his sixth Superbowl and another MVP .
2) Philip Rivers: Simply dominant, difficult to sack and excellent in the management of the ball, will not be in contention for the MVP just because the Chargers have failed to arrive at the Playoffs but this can not erase the good done by the number 17.
3) Drew Brees: 72% of completed passes and leader in big plays among the QBs, with a competitive team has shown that age does not matter and that it is not at all in a descending parabola.
4) Carson Wentz: 2017 high level for Wentz driving the Eagles to the first seed of the playoffs was a candidate for the MVP before injuring the collateral against the Rams.
5) Matthew Stafford: Without a running game he managed to get third in the yards launched and in the TD passes, the NFL leader in the passes over 40 yards and arrived at a whisker from bringing the Lions to the playoffs.

HB

1) Todd Gurley: In 2017 he completed becoming an excellent receiver and this made him an MVP candidate considering his impact in the winning season of the Rams.
2) LeVeon Bell: The most patient runningback of the league and also an excellent receiver, yet another probowl and yet another season at very high levels despite the problems of contract in the preseason.
3) LeSean McCoy: The soul of the attack of the Bills able to play against all the attention deriving from an attack completely founded on him, also reached the 10000 yards racing career, important milestone for a runningback that launches him in perspective hall of fame.
4) Mark Ingram: After the explosion in the last season not only confirmed at a high level but reached the 1100 yards run with 4.9 yards of average to capacity.
5) Melvin Gordon: In an attack based almost all on the passages with heavy injuries in the Gordon line he managed to reach 1100 yards giving a two-dimensional to the Chargers that was since Tomlinson's time that he did not have.

WR

1) DeAndre Hopkins: in my opinion given the offensive and quarterback Texans the best receiver in the world, physically devastating, spectacular as few and inevitable in the redzone with 13 TD and 1378 yards, an incredible loot counting that his quarterback for almost all the season were Yates and Savage.
2) Antonio Brown: Despite losing the last two games due to a calf injury Brown has won in the yards received and in the receptions confirming an elite WR and a potential MVP.
3) Keenan Allen: The go to guy for Rivers and the comeback player of the year with almost 1400 yards received and 6 TD and an uncomfortable presence for each defense he has faced.
4) Julio Jones: Phenomenal and overflowing physically as few, a respectable yardage but few TDs and this cost him a spot in the first 3 places.
5) Adam Thielen: Not a surprise, counting the excellent 2016. Not only has it confirmed as a good receiver but has proved to be worthy of the ProBowl and to be one of the best route runners in the league.

TE

1) Rob Gronkowski: If health is the most dominant player in the NFL and has shown it this season driving all the Tight Ends in yards received and with a presence that has no equal in the league.
2) Travis Kelce: Second in yards between tight end and go to guy for Smith, hands down the best route runner of the league in his position and a role in the Chiefs that rarely belongs to a tight end.
3) Zack Ertz: Stopped slightly by a couple of injuries but despite everything dominant between the number and in the rezone.
4) Jimmy Graham: The best in the redzone this season, the only one in his role at 10 touchdowns.
5) Cameron Brate: Great in the redzone and despite the difficulties of his attack managed to give him stability thanks to his ability to beat the cover to man and create important miss match.

T

1) Lane Johnson: Physically and technically dominant, phenomenal in the racing game and equally good in pass protections from the right side of the line.
2) Alejandro Villanueva: the former soldier finally blossomed in the NFL becoming an elite pass protector in the NFL and making an important contribution to the Pittsburgh attack.
3) Tyron Smith: One if not the most physical left tackle of the good league in protecting Prescott and excellent in the running game for Elliott and the performance of the line with or without him is totally different.
4) Taylor Lewan: The best prospect in his role and already a solid reality in the second year of the league has deserved and reached the probowl.
5) Andy Whitworth: his impact in the Rams in all areas has been immense, he has literally changed a decent line in a line by playoffs and despite his 37 years continues to be one of the best left tackles of the league.

G

1) David DeCastro: If the right side is the favorite of Bell is mainly thanks to David DeCastro, in my opinion the best guard of the league saw its completeness and ability in every game situation.
2) Zack Martin: Dominant from the moment he joined the league and in 2017 there was no difference from previous years.
3) Richie Incognito: In Buffalo he found not only the playoffs and an excellent performance but also the ProBowl after the difficult years of Miami.
4) Keleche Osemele: one of the few certainties in the troubled season of the Raiders.
5) Kyle Long: After the transition in tackle he returned to occupy the watch position with extreme effectiveness, thus helping the Bears to have a more than good racing game with Howard and Cohen.

C

1) Travis Frederick: The backbone of the Cowboys line, excellent in racing and solid in pass protection, was one of the few happy notes of the Cowboys this season.
2) Alex Mack: Since his arrival in Atlanta the performance of the line has improved a lot and also in 2017 he was able to perform very well against anyone.
3) Maukrice Pouncey: Very powerful physically but also athletic enough to guarantee Big Ben the necessary protection, continuous and really not very bad.
4) Jason Kelce: After Lane Johnson the best man of the Eagles line, excellent vision of the game and very good in pass protection.
5) Cody Whitehair: One of the emerging centers in the NFL, after the good season 2016 was repeated this year, paving the way to Howard in his many power runs between tackles.
